Everyone is professional and I felt safe, heard, and well taken care of every step of the way. Starting with regular doctor appointments to the end results, I am so happy with them. They get you in and out on your appointments and are very thorough. Dr. Biviji makes sure all bases are covered, like when he wanted to make sure that I was not allergic to any metals before my surgery, some doctors won't take the time to do this, but he does. I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Biviji. He determined and explained to me how the damaged plate on my clavicle was causing me discomfort. Orthopedic Surgeons I visited in the past did not acknowledge the level of discomfort I was in. Dr. Biviji explained the surgical option and answered all of my questions patiently. Within a few weeks of the initial consultation a surgery to remove the plate and six screws was complete. It was a very comfortable process. He and his staff always gave me the time of day when I had questions or concerns. And now, a couple of weeks after my surgery I am healing well and have regained pain free mobility that I never expected to have again. I feel very lucky to have had Dr. Biviji as my Orthopedic Surgeon.
